Absolutely the most beautiful flowers, full basket, no skimping on flowers. My Aunt loved them! I will use Floral 23 again.

Flowers were delivered on time. Flowers were in a very pretty arrangement. These were for my wifes 65th birthday,she was very pleased with the arrangement. I would reccomend this florist, they put a lot of detail and love into their work. Thank you for doing a great job. Will use them again

I made an order to be delivered to a funeral home. I ordered Tues evening. The email I received on Wed said they would be delivered on Friday. I called and was told they would be delivered that day (Wed). I got a delivery confirmation saying they were delivered Friday afternoon. Service is less than 24 hours from delivery. Needless to say I’m disappointed they didn’t abide by what they told me.

We are so sorry you are disappointed in us. We did notify you that delivery would be made on Friday per the funeral homes request. We didn't want them to be delivered on Wednesday and sit out in the funeral home flower area until Saturdays celebration of life. We like to keep the flowers in our climate controlled cooler as long as possible to ensure that the flowers look the best they can for the services. We do have some new employees that may not have understood how things are done. So we are so sorry for the mix up. Flowers were delivered this morning for the service tomorrow afternoon.

Super kind and courteous on the phone. You just don't get that kind of customer service in California. My daughter was very happy with the arrangement. The only thing I would have liked because I'm out of state is a photo text to me. So, I see what she would have seen.

Jackie went above and beyond when my dad passed away. She was truly compassionate, caring and comforting during the most difficult time in my life. She made beautiful flower arrangements and plants for the funeral. She provided impeccable service and I will always use her in the future!!
